Amy’s Corner | Though Amy Frohnmayer Winn lived with Fanconi anemia her entire short life, she is remembered for her passion for life and compassion for others. Family, friends, teachers, and colleagues still take heart in their memories of her pursuit of joy and her quest to live her life fully every day. She left a record of her search for wisdom and affirmation in her journals, some of which are represented here. An anonymous donor requested that this coffee shop be named in her honor because coffee shops were among Amy’s favorite places and where she composed many of her hopeful thoughts.
