A wholesale remodel of Mitchells 25,000 square foot flagship in Greenwich, Connecticut. Jack Mitchell literally wrote the book on customer service, Hug Your Customer. Every design decision is guided by an ethic of welcoming guests into the store as if it were the Mitchells’ own home, and ridiculously granular data informing how much business is generated by every fixture in the store. The client/designer collaboration resulted in a store that hugs it guests and functions at peak efficiency everyday.
