Portland is embarking on the largest urban redevelopment project in the United States. The investment is enormous – the coordinated efforts of several private and government organizations is critical for success.
Williams & Dame commissioned us to craft the argument and presentation for this development to local and national constituents. In doing so, we addressed head-on, critical issues facing Portland. We built a context for a city in transition, needing to make bold decisions in order to re-establish Portland as a national leader in urban planning and sustainable economic development. It was the first step in framing the discussion in order to build momentum and trust.
