A sign system should be an extension of the architect’s core building concept rather than a separate design process. Brad Clœpfil required a wayfinding system integrated into the concept of materiality and light.
Therefore the entire system is conjoined with the physicality of the building itself. Every sign is screened or stenciled directly to the surface. Braille is embedded into the surface by simly tapping upholstery brads through a paper template.
